 At ZMM Inc., we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. As a fulfillment-based business, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers and warehouses to ship products directly to you. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to one of our fulfillment partners for packaging and shipment or fulfilled from the ZMM local warehouse. Please note that high order volumes, holidays, or supply chain disruptions may occasionally cause slight delays.  Shipping Times:  Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and the warehouse fulfilling your order: - United States: 3–7 business days - Canada: 5–10 business days In some cases, items may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately.  Shipping Carriers:  We work with reputable shipping carriers, including but not limited to: - USPS - UPS - FedEx - Canada Post Carrier selection depends on the fulfillment partner and delivery location.  Shipping Costs:  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a "shipping confirmation email" with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update. Delays & Exceptions:  While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, ZMM Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by: - Customs processing (for Canadian orders or cross-border shipments) - Carrier delays or service disruptions - Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues  Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at zmarkmerch@gmail.com . We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Lost or Stolen Packages: ZMM Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. That said, we will always do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at zmarkmerch@gmail.com with: - Your order number - Photos of the item(s) and packaging We will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
